You  have more than one source...that's more than everybody here. I guess I should take these with more than one grain of salt. Still, sounds positive.  

a) CNR to be finalized

b) NOC/WWF refinery joint venture to be signed on or around December 10th

c) Lybia purchasing anywhere up to 50% of WWF shares

d) Refinery to be operated for 25 years and then returned back to Lybia for $ 1.

e) WWF acquiring engineering firm for refinery project

f) Financing with third party approved on NOC terms.

e) Two large buyers of 10 million shares awaiting trading resumption
