I think you nailed it!!!  Could you just imagine what the regulators thought when they saw the deal and then deals lined up by Foley!!!

How, they probably asked, is this possible.  So if you remember, TSX/MRS had wanted to review the last 12-18 months worth of press releases.  Furthermore, they NEEDED 3rd party verification on I believe it was 3 items. They wanted to verify the details with each deal plain and simple.
