It is not that simple. 

When the stock was halted in August.  It was twofold. 

1.  Review of WWF's years news releases and validate them.. 

Secondly was to review Bagshahs dealings and validate them.

This took a lot of time.  Nobody could say anything, because of the investigation and respect with each other Mr. Foley would not say anything. 

Unforturnately, I can not say anything further being I don't want to be charge for slander or deflamation of the case.  

Currently, An investigation is still being done with Shares, Options, etc...  Mr. Foley is being compliant with that.
