I gave them specifics regarding WWF, from August 7 forward, about the COB, CNR, 18?'s, you name it. As to your comment about a generic response, you are right!!! I sent a second complaint this morning, mentioned WWF only, with the text that read: Testing 123,

And received the same generic response.

I'm not sure if a "person" answered this or if it was an automated response to ANY inquiry.

Let's see if you can try another angle, I'm working on something, and will get back just a soon as I have it put together.
