those that 'know' can allude to what they've heard but they can't burn their sources or no more sources.

part of the DD we all have to do is the evaluation of posters based on track records and corroberation - we need to make judgements on how the supposed duck walks, quacks and looks before shooting it and taking it home for supper 

as long as contributors work on a best effort basis we're ok - personally I'll hold my tongue until I think I have something to add [that's why my posts are few]- we all make that call.
