Wow. It is amazing how two people read the same thing and come up with the opposite conclusions. MF never once said he had a signed deal. So I just cant c how any judge would approve a lawsuit against that. Looks to me like all that was agreed on was that we had LOI. I think we still have LOI. Still nothing signed. We are dealing with two different sets of people. Foley is dealing in Libya where verbal discussions precede the signing of contracts. If you are dealing with people who stand behind their word then you dont need a signed contract until it gets down to the nitty gritty. If your word is false then you never get a contract except with the undertaker and he doesnt have a contract either. He just buries you and gets paid. However over here nobody trusts anybody because they are afraid of getting sued so everything must be put down and signed.
