With all Due respect I have talked to Rod Young and I have had friends talked to the exchange and they dont sound like experts... they dont even sound professional (they hang up on people instead of talking to them)... Also this is the TSX Venture so it is all speculative and WWF has not stopped doing the deals so technically if NOC of Libya/Tunisia is still talking to WWF then the LOI's must have been somewhat good and effective...
