wow... they dont acknowledge the CNR.. do they know that it says in the beginning of the CNR that "exchange's review and includes content prescribed by the exchange." hence the exchange knew of the CNR and they had a hand in it...  What a joke...

 As for the new member, I agree, a very good addition and they would not join if they did not believe in the potential of the company...
