??  What is "UNDER" the TSX exchange?

I tried your example symbol (IZP) on TSX, TSX-V, 

 then got desperate and tried  American, NASDAQ, NY and

even Pink Sheets and even US/OTC...

It doesn't exist in any of them.  Ian, Which exchange identifier are you chosing?
