Sorry - but this sounds like rubbish to me, and you sound like a rumour monger. There are tons of excellent securities lawyers in Vancouver that Foley could hire, so why would he wait six weeks for Lightfoot to be back in town? No lawyer worth his salt would leave for six weeks without having some backup in place (or a Blackberry).
