Yeah I have never had any trouble getting hold of Foley. I usually email him and ask him to call me when he gets time and he always calls back. Dont call him much as he is not gonna tell me anything that is confidential. But I can understand why he doesnt always return calls or emails when he is getting the same question from the same person all the time. Anything official will always be done by NR. Other than that all he can say is everything is positive and ongoing. Anything else could get him in hot water.
