if even one letter or notice or verified conversation can be proven....showing that tsx had any knowledge whatsoever .....

well...you can imagine the difficulty defending themseles against a discrimiation allegaion brought to them in view of or intense and overzealous comendeerng of or company and our liberty as shareholders
