That's exactly my question - do we need a COB before we can expect an NR, or will MF start releasing news about the "new business" even without an official COB? Don't we need a COB to get us off this "lesser" exchange? ...and wouldn't that be a "Good Thing" (tm) to do??

Ian (or anyone who knows) please give us your understanding of the process. I'm quite confused about what it is we're waiting for right now.
