insider trading and lack of reporting a person with over 30%

unapproved properties

financing of said properties, complete with tsx approval if you can believe it

dispute with hrr.

recently your president has said one of your prospects has possily 2 million ounces of rerserves........if mike foley had even thought of this we would be halted for misrepresentative and misleading news.
