They need to get documentation and passport photos with birth certificates to prove that they are who they say they are.  Talk to their friends and do backround checks with family members, high school teachers and neighbours.

WWF also needs to get a signed letter stating that they are infact agreeing to join the company as a director.

All this takes time....and it has to be enough to prove to the MRS's satisfaction that what they say is infact without a reasonable doubt that it is true.
