I am NOT - as noted by others ambulance chasers like this thrive on controversey. There is little upside to a public discussion - IMHO it only encourages further one-sided articles and the man has shown by the nature of the piece that factual presentation is not his intent he wants a WWF - style [the other one with the steroid kings and their lady friends] scrap that Jerry Springer fans will buy papers to read [I refrain from commenting on their ability to do so...]

I'd prefer to focus on the TSX...were they to issue a 'clarification' on their statement on management or even require a retraction [is that frost I see on the gates of hades?]- DB is discredited. While the pig that just flew by my window tells me that this isn't likely, it's more likely than a positive outcome in a street fight with a columnist whose stock in trade is mud slinging and whose paper syndicate pays him to do so.
