This Stock is starting to tick me off!

I have a buy order in for 35,000 shares at 12 1/2 cents but it won't drop down low enough to make the purchase. 

I suspect it is going to make a big jump within the next couple of weeks, no hard evidence just speculation, and I would hate to have that happen before I can pick up some more shares.

Can someone please do something to make it drop for at least  a day or two.  (10 cents would be perfect)

 I know someone is going to suggest I pay the going rate of 13 - 15 cents but I can't make myself do it - I am just too cheap.
