very good question... for sure, once the main deal is signed, hence the refinery, we will file for a COB and file to move to the TSX... if I am correct, when COB happens the company is halted for 90 days...

That would be awesome and that is what we all are waiting for... Once the deal is signed the stock will break the $1 with no problem...
