Whether it's today the 7th or 12th that Foley returns, I don't think really matters. If he has a signed deal or deals, they could be forwarded via express mail or something along those lines to the attorneys who would forward them to MRS.

If there will be a NR today, I don't think Foley would need to be here. Besides, if he sealed a deal, he might be working on another or rather others.

With the past NR's 4 for 4 weeks, it would seem that this week we would hear something.
