I have to agree about the drop today, just like all the others.. unfortunately until someone steps up with financing I don't think any of these NR's mean as much as they should.  What good are licenses and feedstock agreements without the money to build the refinery?  Now I'm not saying this NR is garbage, I think it's great and says alot about where this co. is going, however - I think serious investors (not just the ones who bought in over the last 2-3 days and will flip them today) will want to be shown the money before holding.  imo
