Conf Call

In the US of A, it is common for companies to have conference calls to discuss earnings with analysts. I have not heard of one to discuss things with shareholders. But I'm not a securities attorney.

Having said that, if MF has the rules on his side, let him have a conf call. I don't believe that the existing corporate team has the wherewithal to pull off what needs to be done to close AND execute the deal necessary to move this stock the way MF wants to do it.

I understand that stock distribution is geographically VERY narrow - almost no European or US buying. Anytime I've made money on a VSE stock, it's because the promoter has a solid distribution network. There isn't enough buying power in western Canada to make this stock move - and I've been told that MF does not have the horses necessary for wider distribution.

How many people are still holding on to their 50 - 75 cent stock? I would guess that everyone dumped it and took their beating when WWF started to trade again. Who wants expensive stock in a company that can't keep its filings current. Whoever is advising MF either cannot get through to him or MF is not listening.

Either way, we, the shareholders, are left holding a very empty bag.

Ironic isn't it, that the initials MF have an alternative and possibly significant interpretation :-)
