We all want to hear positive news but we need to hear about other refinery news to understand WWF's prospects in making something happen.

It would seem obvious that for a small "startup" company like WWF to make a deal, it would have to have really good friends on the other side of the deal.

My speculation w/ WWF is that MF will make something happen and yes, it's a Vegas type bet.
