I have not talked to Foley for quite some time. I feel his time is better spent putting this deal together than replying to my emails and phone calls every week. I was informed he did fly out somewhere, but am not entirely sure where he has gone on this trip. I guess he is expected back sometime within the next couple days.(IMO)
