"it has more to do with the filings"

What has more to do with the filings? Sudden surge in price or the surge in volume. Somebody knows somthing or the price and volume would not have surged. Am I missing somthing? The release says they do want the insiders having a chance to benefit from "material news" others don't have access to. I guess I'm to much the optimist but I think they have seen somting "materrial from WWF.
