I agree that Ian's voice does carry a long way and that he probably should have refrained from trying to call the news to the second.

I do believe that we are extremely close to something very big. I would be surprised if we didn't get a news release before the end fo next week.

Mauritania is looking to get started as soon as possible. They need to stop importing their fuels and they also need to stop burning off the little forest that they have left.

It's not a matter of Africa wanting these refineries. They need them, to survive. IMO
