First off, people don't say they are going to build refineries if they don't have money or oil.

I believe in Foley and the work he is doing, trying to put these deals together. I have a very strong feeling that he will put one or more of these deals together. It may not be today or tomorrow but i feel we are extremely close, it just takes time....a little more time than most people would like. It takes even more time when people are inhibiting his progress.

I have never seen so many hurdles thrown out infront of a person/company before in my life. There are people out there that are fighting as hard as they can to make this deal fail. I have to give credit to Michael Foley for his constant efforts to overcome the obstacles and to continue fighting for what you believe in.

My hat goes off to you Michael, may our dreams come true!
