Yes Foley is running around to raise money for WWF for we are at a very critital time; the company is moving full speed on the Refineries, solid assets. Engineers are not cheap and KBC is a world class so yes Foley, not only running around for more PP or Warrents to be cashed in, but he is running around to get the deals done with major hurdles left and right.
