I have to agree, From NEX site - ".. companies that have low levels of business activity or have ceased to carry on active business will trade on the NEX board"

I think really we're headed back to .15 like before until a few key issues are solved - 1 is the board we trade on, 2 - financials being filed 3 - financing for projects
