3. Even after the internal reports are forwarded to the external auditing firm, for certification, you still have

4. MRS to review the audited financials and managements reports before they will lift the CTO against management, which

5. will keep the SP where it is.

I too am an eternal optimist, trusted and continue to trust Foley and his plans.
