You are absolutely correct. I appologize to the whole Agora board. Everyone who communicates on this board has lost a whole wack of money. The share price is rock bottom. The financials are once again delayed. No news release to explain the tardiness. And finally on news release to explain the direction of the company.

Again, I am sorry to write a story in a negative form. Anyone wishes to contact the exchange and find out why the financials are delayed. Maybe they are their but the exchange will not approve them until they have backing to the notes attached to the financial statements.

They call that section "extraordinary items/Notes to the Financials" These are very important to the shareholders and the exchange knows this. If it is not correct or has proof to its claims then the exchange will not accept it.
