I agree Via_Rider... I myself am a partner in a firm and each partner is responsible for their end... However sometimes things happen beyond our control that cause problems.. So yes MF is responsible no matter what, for he is the CEO, however my question is MF fully responsible due to his own mistakes (which there is no excuse) or did someone else(Auditors) drop the ball or did not perform that caused the problem.

Lastly again I agree with you totally, for it would be very good for MF and us if MF came through on a deal.
