Hello to all....well....my friends it seems.

The morale support from this, my home group is really quite overwhelming. Im sure it is unique to any stockboard anywhere. This is what makes agoracom the place to be.Real people trying to help each other make money and more.

THANK YOU ALL SO SO MUCH

lET ME SAY i SHARE YOUR PAIN, DISMAY AND DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE COMPanuies many woes .

To me it seems that there must be a difference of opinion between management and auditors view of some transactions. Could be legal, could be liability, could be watchdog heat and scrupulous digging at every entry. WWF carries on with biz. MF is overseas on company business. Thge office is open, plans of a rights issue show we are not whipped yet. No matter what public opinion or official approval; WWF atill has the inside track and official support in Libya. This, along with MF is our asset {liability depending on opinion].The task is too much for one man and paperwork suffers which has ultimatley, and rightly so led to our delist status. It can be remedied

MF has gone silent in frustration. He is not believed by authority nor shareholder.,..hence....silent work. He is focussed on completion of a deal. This is what he needs to do...I have offered him my assistance in any capacity, and have come up with a plan that can possibly be implemented should we get a listing refusal.

Basically a share dividend of a new company accompanied by a rights offering through prospectus could fund and qualify this newco to trade.....could... I am no securities lawyer, but tweaking this idea will work with sponsorship from a member firm....a pinkpages listing would be simple and a quick fix. We are trying to look, long term , so....I dunno.....Liquidity to us is a must in my opinion.

They can say what they want re MF. I know the man. He will never quit

MF \would most likely not be part of management should this drastic move be needed due to exchange politics, no matter where we list. I, for one wish to see him fulfill his dream
