According to a filing dated Sept 12 on www.sedar.com by the former auditors, MPG of Calgary, they resigned as auditors on December 27, 2007. The new auditors may have been appointed on Feb 1, 2008 - their letter is not clear on that issue.

So what is really going on? Do the new auditors, Mackay, have the numbers? when did they get the numbers? and what kind of mess did MF create.

I am not going to be at the s/h meeting. I hope that one or more of the attendees post a detailed, no holds barred, analysis and synopsis of the meetinjg.
