Our new auditor is three months behind their scheduled timetable. We have hired an independent CA to oversee the auditors process and to protect our interests. We are in contact with the BCSC and are working to complete the audit by July 30, 2008. The independent CA is to review all our accounting systems, then make procedural recommendations to pre-empt any future late filing.
