It's really too bad that there wasn't anyone at the AGM to put MF's feet to the fire. We're just getting more of the same. Lots of optimism and no action from the Board.

Private Placement: $100MM - to a company that cannot get its financials in order, on time; to a company that is so far out of compliance that the company is a joke with the regulators (my guess); to a company that is a joke, a very sick joke with many of its shareholders- yup, I can certainly see this happening.

If the stock ever trades again, 10 cents will be a premium price. To get a PP, the minimum stock price would have to be $5. So, that would mean a minimum roll up of 50 - 1 - and we still have a 10 cent (if we're lucky) stock.

There must be a plentiful supply of funny cigarettes available in Vancouver - because it certainly seems like both the Board of Directors and many on this board, are indulging.
