Wouldn't it make sense that the people that MF is purportedly enticing into this venture - the Libyans. the Koreans etc etc have done due diligence on this company? and they see that it is halted, suspended or whatever.

Why would they even entertain working with a company that is so far out of compliance? That doesn't make any sense to me. Maybe MF has been indulging in the hookah on his visits and the Securities people see what we all missed - the obvious!

Frustrated - that's not the word. I feel totally stupid that I bought into his fairy tale and, even worse, brought others in with me. I can't believe how incompetent MF has proven to be thus far. And he still gets suckers to give him money. Amazing.

I guess the good thing is that the rest of our portfolio is only down 50% vs. MF's 100%.
