hmm.. well this must mean they're very close to trading then, nobody would take part in a PP unless they were pretty sure they'd be able to trade it, unless it's all insiders purchasing. At any rate, WWF can raise $150K but can they raise 4 billion for a refinery?? Will be interesting to see.
