I wasnt comparing WWF to the housing market. I was asking if you would pay 15 cents a share for the stock right now. My guess is that you wouldnt. HOwever at a nickle it is certainly worth taking a shot. And I think that is why MF priced it as a nickle. Whats the point of offering stock at 15 cents if you only sell 100 thousand shares. He is pricing the stock so that selling it out means that he will have enough money to pay the lawyers and other expenses.
