Madison007....I too have spoke with Foley about his projects. However, I feel that progress is being made with the licenses for the refineries which I feel that it's an accomplishment in itself. Why would these countries grant licenses to Winfield if they didn't feel something could come out of it? I guess with many exploration companies, they don't always hit gold or oil on their first try. Michael seems to be working on numerous projects which seems promising in this type of market. Good luck to all!
