Here is my understanding of the scheduled events concerning this subject

First the BCSC notifies the company that the CTO will be annulled and that the company will be okayed to trade.

Winfield then applies for delisting on the tsx venture and nex boards, whilst simultaneously applying for enstatement on the CNSX.

I know MF has had discussions with officials, and understand that Winfield would be welcomed by the young up n rising exchange should the sanction by BCSC and ASC[not sure if one exists] be lifted.

The process would be swift we are assured.
