Just to add what little I know to this conversation...

I was in contact with E*Trade a few weeks ago about this issue, since both my Cash and RRSP accounts with them contain some WWF stock. They indicated that there was no problem holding CNSX stock with them; however I would not (in the immediate future) be able to trade it online, only through direct contact (and payment) of one of the E*Trade brokers.

So, in principle, having WWF.CNSX in E*Trade is not going to be a HUGE problem, only a bit less convenient and a bit more expensive when we buy/sell it.
