Thank you for your inquiry. There are two ways an AGORACOM President member can attain Hub Leader authority:

• Automatically
• By being promoted

When a member is automatically promoted, it is as a result of their contributions within a particular forum. Their rating must be a minimum of 3.5 stars out of 5, they must hold the rank of President, and they must have attained a number of activity points within the indigenous HUB. This means that they have earned X number of activity points by performing actions within the WWF HUB.

Sometimes we are approached by another HUB Leader or approach a member ourselves whom is close to that level, and ask if they'd be interested in being allocated Hub Leader authority. Typically our criterea adhere to a members rating (must be at least 3.5 stars) and are active contributors (post at least every other day).
