I am not a financial genius but I never thot for one minute that MF is going to pay for the building of a refinery out of his pocket or out of WWF's pocket. MF strength is his contacts with Libya and thru that his contacts with fnanciers. And I am sure that once he gets the financials in order there will be NR's there will be stock sold there will be pencils bought and lunches paid for and airline tickets paid for.
