I believe the company has to advise the BCSC when the PP is officially closed. Does that mean when he has all the money he then advises the powers that be that the PP is closed. So I would think there would have to be an official something to either the BCSC or the TSX. I dont think he can publish a NR saying that the PP is completed or that he is short x shares or dollars.
