We can all collectively exhale.

Negotiations with the auditor have been completed and a cheque has been couriered to Calgary this afternoon...according to sources I believe to be reliable *wink*.

Although this is not cause for jubilation, this will be the beginning of the next step. I anticipate that Mackay LLB will be forwarding our financials immediatley to BCSC upon receipt and cashing of the official cheque.

Unofficially, there is no news officially, nor will there be until approval by regulatory authorities. Management is sympathetic to the frustrations of shareholders. and asks that we remain patient as we clear the final hurdles for relisting
