We have come to terms with our Auditor and are now arranging a teleconference between Winfield's Audit Committee and MacKay, the Auditor, to review the period between the Audited Financial Statements, December 31, 2007 and Present for subsequent events to be included as Notes to the Audited Financial Statements.
We await MacKay on their scheduling the teleconference. Most likely tomorrow.
Upon the release of the Audited Financial Statements by MacKay, Winfield will then file the December 31, 2007 Audited Financial statements and the first three quarters of 2008 with the BC and Alberta Securities Commissions.
Upon the full revocation of the cease trade order by the BSC and ASC Winfield will resume trading.
Winfield is filing a Listing Statement with the CNSX at the same time it files its Financial Statements.
