Just so I understand, the only fact is:

• MF has sent the financials to a select group of shareholders

There was an assumption that is now proven incorrect:

• MF has submitted the financials to the BCSC

Until we see the financials on SEDAR, then we must conclude the BCSC is not looking at them. The CTO still holds and there has been no progress at getting this stock trading again.
