Engineering, procurement, construction & management of crude oil refineries.
I have spent most of my day thus far negligent in my duties to the AAT shareholders getting out the pitchfork, trying to muck this stall out .
Weeding through the tremendous ability for no one to be really in charge at the commish can be challenging, and have discussed at detail with MF, adding our collective frustration quotient being maxxed out.
Here is his insight, and most probable scenario. He has a call in to the head honcho to clarify more officially and specifically. repeated calls to the BCSC will yield nothing. The latest from busterdouglas is they have referred him to the company for information...Now thats what i call bureacracy at its finest
A review, contrary to what I have believed is normal course business for BCSC to do. They will not just rubber stamp it because it has been guaranteed by our auditor....necessarily but they may.
Most probably they will have questions and concerns. For an example...and this is just winging an example. Our High River ethanol deal, has been put on hold for now. The cost to WWF was X dollars. They may wish details on how exactly that money was spent. They may want to see documentation as to our Libyan expenditures etc.It is not unusual or unwarranted.. This can be a nitpicky thing, but MF has a good relationship with the head guy there and feels it will expidited in short order. The time frame in his estimate is " days rather than weeks'
He has nothing further to add, and will call me when he does. I in turn will report.
Making a long story short. We have his attention, and he is well aware of the urgency of relisting. It will happen when the BCSC says it will, there is nothing he or us can do about it.
I remain confident that we will see it trade, and that we shall reap rewards for our confidence and painstaking patience and endurance of spirit
