I did not know my constant cheering and posting was iritating some.... it would explain why my rating was going down... :( sometimes the board is so quiet that it is only I and Via, posting and keeping things going... However I will tone down a bit for the good of the group... :)

Having said that I am curious to see how much the new Refinery would cost to build... last number we had from WWF was around $7 Billion but that was at the hight of the market... it should be alot cheaper now...
