Get over it ! It was not the fault of the auditors. Management is fully to blame. The horse you're flogging is not dead - it never existed.
Blame those responsible please - and the sooner we get to that place, perhaps the sooner we. the shareholders, will get a little (very little I suppose) respect. All of the delays, the suspension, the problems have been the sole responsibility of management.
The more you continue to blame others for management ineptitude, the more management might be complacent enough to let the same thing happen again. We must keep managements' collective feet to the fire - and not let up !
